multiple years

assume it's as long as whatever your average book length is. in total, not just in hours read, so including times where you aren't actively reading. it takes me months to read even simple books but i keep seeing people implying theyre done in a couple days so i was curious. feel free to rb for sample size (i cant believe i fucked up this post twice in a row)

yeah prev it also really really depends on the book itself length but mostly density and difficulty of the writing amount that i’m annotating etc also genre it takes me 10x longer to finish nonfiction than fiction

like there comes a point where you think something is fundamentally wrong with you. and then it turns out it’s just Friday and you haven’t washed your hair in three days and maybe you’re also just a little lonely and the combination of all three of those things is whittling a hole into your chest every time you breathe. but also the sun’s up. and you’ve survived everything so far, so you’ll survive this too, even if it hurts, even if you have to survive it many times.
